What Do You Do?

  1. Explore the outdoor space and collect loose natural materials.

  5. Photograph creations before dismantling them.
  6. Return materials to where they were found when finished following Leave No Trace principles.

Safety Considerations

Remind children to collect only loose natural materials and avoid picking living plants or disturbing wildlife habitats. Check the area for potentially harmful plants or hazards before beginning. Encourage respectful use of materials and ensure children wash hands after handling natural objects. Follow Leave No Trace principles by returning materials to the environment and leaving the area as natural as possible.
