Creating Nature Mandalas

Creating Nature Mandalas

Let your creativity bloom as you turn natural treasures into beautiful circular designs that reflect harmony, balance, and your unique connection with the land.

What to Do:

  1. Go for a nature walk to gather a variety of natural materials like leaves, stones, sticks, pinecones, seeds, and flower petals.
  2. Choose a flat space outside to work on (dirt, grass, sand, snow, or a mat).
  3. Start with one item placed in the center—this will be the heart of your mandala.
  4. Arrange other materials in circular patterns around the center, working outward in layers.
  5. Explore symmetry and balance by repeating shapes, colors, and sizes.
  6. Take your time, work mindfully, and enjoy the creative process.
