Appreciation of Nature, Water, Grade 3

Meewasin Valley Interpretive Centre worked together with the school boards in the area to develop a curriculum-based learning opportunity for Grade 3 students. Topics of the 2-hour program include: Founding of Saskatoon, Pioneer Years (1882-1889), Settler Years and the South Saskatchewan River (1890-1907), Early Boom Years (1908-1913), Building Blocks of our community then and now.
