Wilderness First Aid Course (Standard)

This is a rare opportunity to take this training in Saskatchewan!

This course covers material in Standard First Aid & CPR, plus special material on techniques for wilderness and remote areas. Part of the course is taught in an outdoor setting and requires greater physical activity and endurance than typical first aid training. The course is 20 hours. 

Instructor: Colin Frey

Minimum: 6 participants Maximum: 10 participants. Please be aware that there is a significant outside component to Wilderness First Aid so expect to spend time outdoors during the course.

The minimum age is 16 years. No previous first aid certification is required. 

Accommodations and food are on your own.


Standard Wilderness First Aid: Offered Friday October 27 6-10pm, Saturday October 28 9am-5pm, and Sunday October 29 9am-5pm (20 hours of instruction)
