Join Leah Japp, General Manager of Sask Outdoors on her mission to create a province where every person can experience a deep connection with nature, where people play and learn outdoors, and live in harmony with their natural surroundings.Leah lives on an small farm near Bethune with her husband and three children. Leah has a background and training in outdoor and environmental education. Her family enjoys country life, camping, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, geocaching, canoeing, gardening, running, climbing snow hills, skating, tobogganing, playgrounds and swimming.
Enter Jade Harvey-Berrill from Canada's Non-profit Outdoor Learning Store to talk about the tools and resources available to help take your learning outdoors.
Jade is an Environmental Educator, Outdoor Instructor and Outreach Manager for Canada's Non-Profit Learning Store, when she's not running these workshops, she's teaching rock climbing, mountain biking or outdoor skills to her friends and youth in Interior BC.
