Looking for practical tools for teaching out on the land? SaskOutdoors is hosting a fun and practical training session aimed at introducing educators to the interdisciplinary Project WILD and Below Zero Activity Guides.

The Project WILD guide (included in price) provides educators with 121 experiential lesson plans about wildlife and the environment that can be adapted for any age, grade or subject.

The Below Zero guide (included in price) is an educational program designed to promote understanding of wildlife under winter conditions featuring 46 complete lesson plans that can each be adapted for any age, grade or subject.

During the six-hour Project WILD/Below Zero training workshop you’ll learn how to facilitate Project WILD/Below Zero lessons as well as how to adapt Project WILD/Below Zero for your own purposes. Please come dressed to actively participate outside. We invite you to visit the Canadian Wildlife Federation website to see a sample activity (Below Zero and Project WILD).
